A message to all you calorie counters…

Just don’t.

It’s obsessive. It’s unhealthy. It’s not going to help.

This is such a bad way of losing weight. It is bad for you both physically and mentally…

You’ll screw up your metabolism and put all the weight back on as soon as your diet goes back to normal. And, counting calories is one of the key reasons for eating disorders occurring, it’s unnatural and makes you feel bad when you go even slightly over what is already a very limited amount of nutrients.

Just stop please, this is such a negative influence for young people who should have healthier diets…
